Régates impériales d’Ajaccio
Some of the biggest units which are presented
at the « Voiles latines de Saint-Tropez » are brought to Ajaccio
in order to participate to the “Régates imperials”,
which will take place on the 21th to the 27th of May.
The organisers have even foreseen to attribute a "red ribbon"
to the boat that, considering his age,
will establish the better time between the two ports.
This year, a forty of prestigious sailing boats participate
in this 5th edition of the imperial Regattas
that mark the beginning of the season of the races
of tradition yachting in Mediterranean.
The most unique sailing boats of the world,
having the length of 15 to 40 metres, who represent the French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch,
and American are participating.
